Petroleum Products
Petroleum products include everything a refinery produces from crude oil or natural gas. Petroleum products include gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, lubricating oils, even asphalt.
Applications:

2. Fuel oils for heating and electricity generation,
3. Asphalt and road oil,
4. Feed stocks for making the chemicals, plastics, and synthetic materials
PETROLEUM
Petroleum consists of hydrocarbons of various molecular weights and other organic compounds. The name petroleum covers both naturally occurring unprocessed crude oil and petroleum products that are made up of refined crude oil. Essentially, while petroleum and oil are often used interchangeably, petroleum includes crude oil AND products, while crude oil is just the raw, unprocessed oil itself.
DIESEL FUEL
Diesel fuel is the common term for the distillate fuel oil sold for use in motor vehicles that use the compression ignition engine named for its inventor, German engineer Rudolf Diesel. He patented his original design in 1892. Diesel fuel is refined from crude oil and from biomass materials.
LUBRICANT OIL
Lubricating oil, sometimes simply called lubricant/lube, is a class of oils used to reduce the friction, heat, and wear between mechanical components that are in contact with each other. Lubricating oil is used in motorized vehicles, where it is known specifically as motor oil and transmission fluid.
